When the beta toolset has appeared, I created few simple tools to play with it's contents. They included nwnunbif (to unpack bif contents), nwnunmod (to unpack mod contents), tlkdump (to dump contents of dialog.tlk), utxdump (to dump contents of itp/utx files) and most important mdl2ascii (to convert binary version of models to ascii format). With time and release of retail version of game, some of the tools got outdate due to format change and all of them where replaced by better applications created by other people. I do not longer develop or support c-tools. They are available to download, but there are better choices available:
